1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TechHelpFL's services, including our AI receptionist, appointment booking, and SMS notification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TechHelpFL provides AI-powered receptionist and business automation services, including:

  • AI phone answering and call handling
  • Automated appointment booking and scheduling
  • SMS notifications and follow-up messages
  • Lead capture and management
  • After-hours call handling

3. QuickBooks Integration Terms

By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to TechHelpFL's WhatsApp Payment Reminder service, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Authorization

You authorize TechHelpFL to:

  • Access your QuickBooks Online account using OAuth 2.0 authentication
  • Read invoice and customer data necessary to send payment reminders
  • Send automated WhatsApp messages to your customers regarding overdue invoices

3.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring customer phone numbers in QuickBooks are accurate and up-to-date
  • Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers to receive payment reminder messages
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding debt collection and communication practices in your jurisdiction
  • Maintaining accurate invoice information in QuickBooks

3.3 Service Limitations

You understand and agree that:

  • WhatsApp message delivery depends on recipient availability and valid phone numbers
  • We cannot guarantee payment collection; we only facilitate reminder communications
  • Service availability depends on QuickBooks API availability and WhatsApp service status
  • Message content is based on invoice data from your QuickBooks account

3.4 Subscription and Billing

The WhatsApp Payment Reminder service is billed at $75 USD per month. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your QuickBooks connection will be disconnected
  • No further reminders will be sent on your behalf
  • No refunds for partial months

3.5 Disconnection

You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time. We may also disconnect your account if:

  • Payment for the service is not received
  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your use of the service violates WhatsApp or Intuit policies

3.6 Third-Party Terms

Your use of this integration is also subject to:

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from TechHelpFL or businesses using our services, you agree to the following:

3.1 Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Missed call follow-up notifications
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Responses to your inquiries

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with the service. You will only receive messages related to appointments, inquiries, or services you have requested.

3.3 Carrier Charges

Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

3.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that number.

3.6 Consent

Consent is obtained only when you explicitly opt in (for example, by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website forms). Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TechHelpFL services are owned by TechHelpFL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechHelpFL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
